Legacies of Freedom: A Night of Film, Song, and Discussion

Experience and learn with Indianapolis Urban League, IUPUI Office of Community Engagement and WFYI on March 9 from 6-8:30 p.m. As you arrive at Urban League you'll be greeted with songs from the Freetown Village Singers. You'll see shortened versions of Harriet Tubman: Visions of Freedom and Becoming Frederick Douglass, be guided into conversation with others, and enjoy a song-filled intermission. We'll have food and drawings for books and DVDs, too. This event is family friendly.

Capacity is limited; RSVPs are required. Doors will open at 5:45 p.m.
