The dinner program is appropriate for individuals, couples, family reunions, staff/organizational parties, and special groups. Please contact us by phone at (317) 631-1870 or by electronic mail at freetown@freetownvillage.org to register for this or other Freetown Village programs. Groups of 30 or more may schedule their own special program.
Dinner Information for Groups
Program Availability: Year round availability for groups of 30 or more. Program length is approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Shorter programs may be arranged for lunch programs.
Reservations: Advanced reservations are required. Please request dates 30 - 60 days in advance. You can contact us by calling our office at (317) 631-1870, Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. We accept cash, cashier’s check, or VISA/MC.
Price: $40.00 for adults, $20.00 for children (10 and under). Price includes meal and gratuity. Deposit (50%) required to confirm a date.
Accommodations: Seating is limited to sixty people. Please contact us to discuss special arrangements and accommodations.
Dinner Menu: Dinners are served family-style and include 2 entrees, 4 sides, 1 dessert, coffee and drinks. See sample menu.
